Satisfy your sugar craving at the first annual Jelly Belly Candy Palooza held at the Jelly Belly Visitor Center in Fairfield on September 28 and 29, 2013. Splurge in free candy samples throughout the day, including exquisite treats from local Chocolatiers. Additionally, for the 21 and over crowd, there is the Chocolate and Wine Experience. Pay $15 per person and you’ll sample selected wines paired with hand-made confections (a souvenir wine glass is included). Other festivities of Candy Palooza include arts and crafts exhibits, carnival rides, pony rides, and entertainment from a variety of local performers. And if you’ve ever wondered how those colorful jelly beans are made, tours of the Jelly Belly Factory are offered free of charge.
