Sizzling entertainment and spicy foods ignite the Oxnard Salsa Festival July 24 & 25, 2010 at Plaza Park in Oxnard. The two-day event celebrates everything salsa – the food, the music and the dance. Dozens of menu items will tantalize your taste buds, including over 50 flavors of gourmet salsa. Some of the regions best salsa dancers will be on hand to shimmy and shake and six different Jazz bands will perform hot Latin sounds. Other highlights include food demonstrations, shopping in the vendor marketplace, family activities, dance contests and much more. Now in its 17th year, the Oxnard Salsa Festival promises to be the hottest event of the summer. Admission and parking are free.
