Monterey: Ansel Adams – Portrait of America



Art enthusiasts have until October 3, 2010 to view “Portrait of America,” an impressive collection of images by the legendary master of landscape photography, Ansel Adams. The collection is currently on display at The Monterey Museum of Art, the only West Coast venue for this exhibition. Visitors will see more than 70 breathtaking images photographed by the California born photographer and environmentalist and chosen by the artist as his most important works. This rare opportunity is presented in collaboration with Ansel Adams’ heirs and promises to be a highlight for anyone who is interested in fine art or the work of this great American artist.
