Lake Tahoe Restaurant Week: Fresh Ketch Restaurant overlooking Tahoe Keys Marina
If you enjoy feasting on fine food (and who doesn’t), consider spending the Labor Day holiday in the Lake Tahoe area of the High Sierra. From September 5 to 12, Lake Tahoe is hosting its first ever Restaurant Week, showcasing fabulous dining at more than 30 establishments in the South Lake Tahoe and North Lake Tahoe-Truckee area. No tickets, passes or coupons are needed. Diners simply visit their favorite participating restaurants and pay $20, $30 or $40 per person for a three-course, fixed-price menu. Visitors can dine at restaurants such as Fresh Ketch overlooking the Tahoe Keys Marina, the Lone Eagle Grille at Hyatt Regency Incline, or Baxter’s Bistro & Lounge at Northstar-at-Tahoe Resort. A complete list of restaurants can be found here. Although not required, reservations are recommended. If you’re a devoted foodie, you already know that Lake Tahoe has some of the best mountain dining in the country. You’ll be happy to know that additional culinary events are slated for October and November – more on those in the coming weeks.
